Norman's Mask

During my trip to Juneau, I got a chance to hang out a little with my friend Norman Jackson from Ketchikan. He happens to be a great Tlingit artist--The Carver At The Creek. Here, Norman looks at one of his own masks inside the Alaska State Museum.

Sitka Runway

On my way to Juneau for CELEBRATION 2010, my plane stopped briefly in Sitka. Here's a view from the runway, as we taxied to the terminal.
