Chair Hole
Lots of logs at high tide, as seen through trees near Kasaan...The one with the hole turned out to be the back of a sort of chair, perhaps made with a chainsaw or something.

Frog & Spencer
Today, back in 1939, my great-grandfather gave permission to allow the Forest Service to bring this frog memorial totem pole to Kasaan from Old Kasaan, in order to help create Kasaan Totem Park. It has a depiction of an eagle nest on top. In the background (right), we see The Spencer Pole.
